@Tilibop uses his artistic expression to speak on the Noise Abatement Act in Jamaica with his new single "2 O'Clock". Anyone whose party has to end at 2am can relate to the frustration in Tilibop's cry for change in a culture that thrives off of music.
This single is currently turning it up on the airwaves in Jamaica and the video got great reviews at this year's film festival in Jamaica and will be premiering on all the major video programs in the country in the coming weeks.
